Andretta has been an artists village for a century - painters, playwrights, and the pottery studio where Priyanka now works. She came for a two-month course and stayed to apprentice.

Her days run on the kiln schedule. Firing nights are communal: neighbours drift in, tea appears, and someone always falls asleep next to the warm bricks.

She is slowly cataloguing the studio old moulds, some untouched for decades - a ceramic archive of everyone who worked here before her.
